Wow! Strong, small and a perfect fit. It kind of locks in. Slide the rifle slightly forward and lift up in the back for quick removal. Looks great!
I mounted the rifle horizontal, but I made sure one mounting hole secured to a stud. Then the drywall anchor secured the second hole. If you take down the rifle properly, you should never weaken the screws.
Great product. Allows me to mount with a BE Meyers MAWL and weapon light attached on the side facing the wall. Good quality, sturdy mount.
Mount was shipped fast, arrived well packaged and with all necessary hardware. Installation is cut and dry and completed in minutes. Mount holds the weapon securely, with no worries on it coming loose or falling. 10/10 does what it is suppose to very well with a clean and functional solution to displaying/storing the firearm.
I ordered an AR mount and a five-seven mount.
The five seven mount was for my CMMG dissent (it uses five seven mags) and it was not quite right as the magwell had some grooves, after speaking with Ben, he updated the print file and made sure I was taken care of with one tailored to fit my Dissent.
